Board Meeting Schedule
The Springfield R-12 Board of Education typically meets twice a month at 5:30 p.m. at Kraft Administrative Center, 1359 E. St. Louis St.
Typically the study session is held on the first Tuesday of the month at which time the board discusses agenda items and seeks additional information. Unless immediate action is required, voting on agenda items is usually conducted at the regular board meeting which is held the third Tuesday of each month.
Video of school board meetings are posted on this website, typically 24 hours following the meeting.
Agendas are available prior to board meetings and are posted on BoardDocs at 12:01 a.m. the Saturday before the meeting on.
Community members are welcome to comment on agenda items at each meeting. However, requests to speak should be submitted prior to the beginning of the meeting. Forms are available at the door. Comments are limited to 5 minutes for topics related to agenda items. Comments are limited to 3 minutes for other topics.
