Why would I want to become a Partner In Education?
PIE allows organizations to positively impact their future. Economic stability for a community is directly related to the quality of education provided to its youth.
What types of partnerships are available?
Site Partners choose one or more school sites to provide support. District Partners choose to provide services to all sites in the district.
What does SPS expect from its partners?
Partnerships are asked to assist us in meeting at least one of our three district goals; Improve Academic Achievement, Improve Graduation Rate, Ensure Effective and Efficient Use of Resources. These goals can be met in a variety of ways depending on the culture and needs of each site.
What type of organization makes the best partner?
They all do! Any size organization can be a partner. There is a place for everyone willing to help SPS meet its goals.
