Volunteering with SPS
Our volunteers consist of community members, parents, grandparents, local business professionals, and others associated with a non-profit organization who acknowledge the importance between community involvement and education. They work in a variety of capacities both inside and outside the classroom. From mentoring or tutoring a child to assisting in the school office or completing a landscaping project, many opportunities are available for our volunteers.
To become a registered volunteer please complete and submit a Volunteer Registration Form which includes a background check. Please turn this in to the main office at the SPS school site where you would like to volunteer. These forms can be found at the links below, in the Community Development office, or at any SPS school site.
