Playground Equipment & Installation |

The Purchasing Department has negotiated catalog discounts on playground equipment and installation through bid solicitations. Sites may utilize this contract to purchase playground equipment and installation as needed. Some site furnishings are also discounted, please see the discount information listed below. This contract discount schedule shall be effective through May 31, 2009. Sites should fill out a Playground Equipment Request form and submit it to Building Services as a starting point. It is critical that you submit this form and work with Building Services to assure that all Federal, State, and Local guidelines are followed in regards to the playground. Approval from Building Services is required prior to any equipment being ordered from the District. Upon approval, an official district purchase order will be issued by the Purchasing Department only. Installation and mulch are the responsibility of the site. Please make sure these costs are figured into your budget for the playground equipment. Below is a listing of participating vendors, their discounts, any exclusions and their contact information. Vendors will be distributing catalogs to your school. If you have not received a catalog, please contact the vendor at the address or phone number listed below.
