The Purchasing Department has negotiated catalog discounts on science supplies and chemicals through bid solicitations. Sites may utilize this contract to purchase supplies and chemicals that are not stocked in the warehouse. Equipment and furniture are not included in this contract pricing. 

This contract discount schedule shall be effective through April 30, 2009. Sites should determine which vendor offers the best discount for the item or items they need to purchase. Please note that the sites will still need to follow the districts purchasing guidelines for purchases $1000 and over with the exception of getting the required bids. All orders $1000 and over will need to be ordered using a requisition.  Upon approval, an official district purchase order will be issued by the Purchasing Department.

When entering your requests, please include eSchoolMall Bid ID 51 on your request along with the vendors quote number. Following the above instruction will expedite your requests and insure that you get the best pricing available.
