My name is Sunny Taylor and this is my 3rd year teaching 3rd grade at David Harrison Elementary. I was born and raised in Springfield, Missouri. I attended Missouri State University for my Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Development, and later attended Drury University for my certification and Master’s Degree in Elementary Education. My favorite part of being a teacher is teaching children a love for books and reading. I enjoy watching the students grow from 2nd graders into independent and tall 4th graders.

I currently live in Nixa, Missouri with my husband Trey and our two dogs Chance and Brodie. In my free time I enjoy walking my dogs, reading, going to the lake, and spending time with my family and friends.
