Health Risk Assessment
The district promotes and supports a healthy lifestyle for all its employees. Your health is important to us! St John's Corporate Health Services does our Health Risk Assessments (HRA). The cost of the HRA is included in your health care benefits, so as a Springfield Public School employee, there is no out-of-pocket cost to you. The HRA also offers a number of preventative servicesthat may be requested during your assessment. The Plan Document provides a complete list of services your wellness benefit can be used for.
An HRA provides an overall picture of health: triglycerides, glucose, blood pressure, resting heart rate, body fat analysis, and weight are evaluated. The HRA also analyzes risk for heart disease, stroke and diabetes. We encourage you to call St John's at 888-8888 to schedule your Health Risk Assessment today!
