Springfield Public Schools Policy & Procedures for Provision of Student Health Services
The Health Services Department is responsible for addressing the health and physical well-being of students as indicated in Springfield Public Schools Board Policy JHC Critical and as outlined in the SPS Health Services Policy & Procedures Manual.
A staff of Registered Professional Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses shall be under the direct supervision of the Coordinator of Health Services.
Annual goals and objectives are established along with service activities and evaluation plan as indicated in the Missouri School Improvement Program Standards and Indicators Manual, Standard 8.12 and the District Continuous Quality Improvement Plan.
