Flu shots For employees who have not maximized their “Wellness Benefit” flu shot costs will be applied toward that Benefit; for those who have met their maximum “Wellness Benefit” there will be a $25.00 fee for the flu. Please call the Benefits Office at 523-0022 if you wish to receive a shot so that we can have ample supply on hand at the fair. However, the shots will be given on a first come, first served basis; so please expect a line. We appreciate your patience!
