We are now self insured for DENTAL and our claims are being processed through DELTA DENTAL OF MISSOURI.
From Delta's Web site our employee can choose the quick link MY BENEFITS and access many self help tools (claim forms, benefits summaries, new dental cards).
Effective 4/1/08 Springfield Public Schools retirees are eligible for Retiree Dental Coverage. Contact the Benefits Office for enrollment information. Electronic Transfer of Funds are available or monthly premiums may be sent to Barb Kurtwright at Med-Pay. The open enrollment period will be the month of November as it is with Retiree Medical, with coverage changes taking effect January 1 of the following year.
