Reminders:
If a student is absent on a day when a science test is given, it is the student's responsibility to check with me about a time to make up the missed test. I am usually in my classroom by 7:00 every morning and will write a pass for a student to come to my room before school begins. I am also available after school most days until 3:15.

1.) Be Responsible 2.) Be Respectful 3.) Be Honest
4.) Seated when the bell rings 5.) Cell phones off and out
of sight
Consequences:
Our team will follow the "Five Star Generals Discipline Plan"
Each student is responsible for bringing specific items to class. If the student does not have these items when needed, he/she can lose points or serve after-school detention.
2.) Assignment Book/Planner(should be checked on a daily basis for quiz and test dates, and occasional homework assignments)
3.) Consumable Workbook Text (these will be kept in the classroom to hopefully prevent loss)
4.) Pencil
