PERSHING PTSA CAPITAL CAMPAIGN

This is the fourth year that PTSA has opted for a Capital Campaign instead of a catalog fundraiser. 

Chew on this...If every Pershing student donated $20, we would raise around $14,000!

Our goal is to raise $9,000.  This will help us fund all of our PTSA-sponsored events and activities including money allotted to teachers and staff for classroom needs, the eighth grade end-of-year party, school busses to transport all fifth graders who will attend Pershing to an Orientation held in the spring, staff appreciation, student incentives, and much more.

Some things that PTSA has already paid for this year include repairs to the broken marquee, updates to the sports banners hanging in the gym, the e-newsletter program, and we helped fund the software for our new Pershing website. 

We are hoping to exceed our goal this year.  If that happens, we will use additional monies raised to help fund building updates like dry erase boards in the classrooms (ten rooms still have chalk boards) and other needs identified by Dr. Cauldwell, the teachers, and staff. 

Our PTSA wants to provide as much support to Pershing as we possibly can.  We are asking for your help to meet our goal.  Please know that gifts of any size are appreciated , and you will receive a letter of acknowledgement for any donation given.
