Title I - Parent Involvement
Program Description and Goals
Researchers have repeatedly found children's educational experiences increase when parents are involved. Parents' interaction with their own children is the cornerstone of parent involvement. Parent involvement is a process, not a program of activities. Knowing that parents have aspirations for their children, Title I offers four parent involvement meetings. One meeting is to be held each quarter at all Title I schools.
